"I bring expertise, flexibility, and servant leadership to every project, delivering results efficiently and reliably."

Hi, I'm Ramon, a Senior Program Manager from Colorado Springs, Colorado

With 29 years of experience in IT and program management, my career began as a Cryptologic Technician Communications in the U.S. Navy, laying a solid foundation for my future in telecommunications and technology leadership. I've since built deep expertise leading enterprise-scale programs across Telecommunications, Government, and Defense sectors, including foundational experience in Department of Defense program and contract management.

My career evolved from system engineering into program and portfolio leadership, where I've managed initiatives ranging from national infrastructure deployments to complex governance frameworks, leveraging AI to accelerate decision-making without a programming background. Today, I'm applying that expertise in the telecommunications industry, driving transformation at national scale, with a proven track record of helping organizations achieve their objectives.

I bring expertise, flexibility, and servant leadership to every project, delivering results efficiently and reliably.

As an Honorably Discharged Navy Veteran and Engineering Project Management Professional, I bring military discipline and deep IT expertise to every program I lead. I have a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives on time and within budget, navigating complex information systems, and leading cross-functional teams from conception to completion.

A closer look at the programs I've led

My career portfolio walks through the large-scale programs, engineering initiatives, and leadership results referenced throughout this site, in more depth than a resume allows.

Making an impact beyond the business world

True fulfillment comes from giving of yourself and assisting those in need, in any way you can. These are the causes I actively support, and why they matter to me.

Veterans Stand Down

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Homeless Program. Stand Downs connect homeless and at-risk veterans with food, clothing, health screenings, and benefits.

This cause is personal to me. Before joining BAE Systems in 2012, my family and I experienced homelessness. The VA's assistance made a real difference for us, and I now volunteer at these events, helping homeless veterans get connected to the benefits and assistance they've earned.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

The Out of the Darkness Community Walks raise awareness and funds, sending the message that suicide is preventable and no one is alone.

This cause is deeply personal to me. I've faced my own mental health struggles, and I lost someone close to me — someone who helped me through one of the hardest points in my life — to suicide. Supporting AFSP is my way of honoring that loss.

Walk MS

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society unites the MS community to raise funds and support everyone living with MS.

This cause hits close to home — a close family member of mine was recently diagnosed with MS. Supporting Walk MS is my way of standing with them and everyone affected by this disease.
